Then we’ll reserve your place in line, allowing you and your family to wait more comfortably at home – or wherever is convenient – until your estimated visit time.
Advance appointment scheduling with ONLINE CHECK-IN is for non-emergent visits. All patients with emergent medical conditions will be seen immediately. Please refer to PATIENT SERVICES to understand the illnesses and injuries treated at an urgent care center.

No appointment is necessary, and we welcome new patients and walk-ins. Our urgent care clinic is open every day of the week and is staffed by experienced board-certified medical professionals who can ensure your immediate non-life threatening illnesses and injuries are treated without the long wait-times and unnecessary expenses involved with a visit to the emergency room.

EMPLOYER: Please print and fill out this form below and either send it with your employee or fax to the desired Immediate Care Center prior to your employee's visit. Please instruct your employee to bring along a photo ID.
